Acrobatics “Acro”Classes
Acro dance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character, its unique choreography, which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics, and its use of acrobatics in a dance context. Acro classes require dancers to wear dance pants and a form fitted tank/dance shirt or leotard. Acro does not require any special shoes. Mats are used in classes with the goal that students will master skills that allow them to perform some skills without a mat. Safety is a top priority at Lynchburg Elite Dance. You can experience Acro dance in our classes at Lynchburg Elite Dance.
